Heating Instructions for Service Date February 20, 2012
It is
recommended to thaw frozen entrees in the refrigerator prior to cooking. Place frozen entrees in the refrigerator two
nights before heating and consuming them unless noted differently below.
Amish
Chicken & Steamed Green Beans
Thaw
completely. If frozen or partially
frozen, add 20-25 minutes baking time. Preheat
oven to 350. Place pan on baking sheet,
and bake covered 45 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken reads 160-165
on instant read thermometer.
Bacon
Cheddar Meatloaf with Roasted Garlic Smashed Potatoes
Thaw
completely. If frozen or partially
frozen, add 15-20 minutes covered baking time before baking uncovered. Preheat oven to 350. Removed lid, place entrée on baking sheet,
and bake 40-45 minutes or until instant read thermometer inserted in center
reads 160.
Microwave
potatoes in microwave-proof bowl on 70% power for 5 minutes stirring after 2
minutes. Continue cooking until potatoes
are heated through.
Chicken
Parmigiana with Noodles
Thaw
completely. If frozen or partially
frozen, add 5-8 minutes cooking time.
Remove all bags from pan. Bake
chicken for 25-30 minutes or until reads 160 on instant read thermometer. Pour marinara sauce over all breasts and top
with mozzarella. Bake until mozzarella
has melted. Meanwhile, bring 8 cups of
water to a boil. Add noodles and boil 5
minutes or until tender. Drain noodles
DO NOT RINSE. Serve chicken over
noodles.
Crunchy
Herbed Fish with Steamed Broccoli (FRESH SERVE)
This
entrée is a fresh serve and should not be frozen. Please keep refrigerated and enjoy it within
4 days of preparation

Ranch Chicken & Tossed Salad
Thaw
completely. If frozen, add 20-25 minutes
to baking time. Preheat oven to
350. Remove lid, place entrée on baking
sheet, and bake 35-45 minutes or until the center of the dish reads 150 on
instant read thermometer. If top begins
to get too brown before the center is hot, cover lightly with foil.
